How a project runs

Five stages: from an engineer's site visit to the signed acceptance certificate.

  1. 01 Pre-design survey: facility survey and requirements analysis We are convinced that without a precise understanding of the current state of production and the client's goals it is impossible to design a system that truly solves their problems.
  2. 02 Developing the specification and system architecture The specification is the official document that records all system requirements and becomes the basis for design, equipment supply and acceptance. We develop it in close cooperation with the client so that it reflects business needs as well as technical ones.
  3. 03 Electrical and functional diagram design Once the specification and system architecture are approved, Sigmacs moves on to detailed design — developing the electrical and functional diagrams.
  4. 04 SCADA/HMI systems — a single window to control production SCADA and HMI are software suites that visualise processes, give the operator full control of the equipment and collect data for analysis, accounting and management decisions. If the PLC is the "brain" of automation, SCADA/HMI are its "eyes and hands".
  5. 05 Commissioning and handover The final stage, where automation starts working for you.
